Rentals and services offered
Barracks
We offer a 3 bedroom 1 bath barracks that has a fully functional kitchen, W&D, ADA bathroom and shower.
Axe throwing
Includes demo and instructing for 2 hours.
RV Hook up
We offer electric plug in and water hook up but no septic. You can empty septic tank 4 miles down the road.
Adventure Guided Activities
We provide guides so you are well equip and can enjoy the adventure
Kayaking to Burgess Falls
We have 12 kayaks to be used for base price rental but if we transport them and guide your group, there is an additional fee for guide $60, for 3-4 hr adventure to the Falls.
Boating Excursions with Captian
2 hrs $160
4 hrs $260
6 hrs $450
We have access to pontoon boats, surf boats, and fishing boats.
ATV guided tours

*Everyone is required to sign a waiver of responsibility for themselves and others. You are welcome to bring your own ATV's, Kayaks and boats to launch yourself.

We have sites for RV's with hook ups, tents and primitive camp sites. There is a bath house on siteWe are near hiking trails, ATV trails, Kayaking on the river or lake. We also have a glamping rustic retreat rental that has 3 bedroom 1 bath barracks that has a fully functional kitchen, W&D, ADA bathroom and shower. We have created a rustic spot to visit near some bucket list locations to include the Caney Fork, Center Hill Lake, Burgess Falls, Cummins Falls, Fall Creek Falls.
